“Interview with Mike Calucchia”
This week on the podcast, Mike Calucchia talks about his dogs that he had in his truck for his story. We also learn about his aspirations to be a painter and hear about how he learned to cook from his Italian grandmother. After our conversation, you can hear the story as he shared it on the Tell Us Something stage.
Mike Calucchia was first introduced to improvisational comedy five years ago at a workshop taught by a member of the Los Angeles-based Groundlings comedy troupe. He’s been hooked ever since, performing in community theater productions and with local improv groups. Mike’s professional career includes over 20 years of experience in medical sales management. He is also a former restaurateur and whitewater river guide.
Mike shared his story in front of a live audience on June 12, 2019, at The Wilma in Missoula, MT. The theme that night was“What Are the Chances?” Mike calls his story “Prospector!”
