“Accidental Beauty Queen”

A single mother who usually does her housework in fleece is gifted a dress from her sister-in-law who was working with Project Runway and acquires a dress made by one of the competing designers.

Karen McNenny –  is a native Missoulian and a fifth generation Montanan. Karen has had a diverse career path, stretching from her days performing as an actress and dancer, to hocking souvenirs at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. She currently works throughout the country as a professional speaker, group facilitator and personal coach.  Before starting her own business, Made You Think Consulting, she worked as a master trainer & facilitator for Providence Health and Services; the largest healthcare system in the Northwest.  Karen’s areas of expertise include employee engagement, leadership development, and transforming workplace culture. Her recent clients have included Spokane International Airport, The Department of Public Health and Human Services, American Society of Home Inspectors, the YMCA of Greater LA and Missoula’s own PEAK Health and Wellness Center.

Karen completed her graduate studies at the Sesame Institute in London, England after studying dance and theatre at Montana State University.  She trained with the Center for Ethical Leadership, earning her certification as a Gracious Space Facilitator.  Karen also earned membership in the esteemed National Speaker’s Association.
