The only side effect that I experienced after getting my vaccination shot was one of euphoria. This past year has been hard for all of us. When I made my appointment for my first shot, I was grateful, excited, nervous (I hate needles) hopeful. The side effect of pure joy was unexpected and very welcomed. As more and more of us get vaccinated and COVID cases start trending down, I look forward to gathering in person again for live storytelling. When that will be, I don’t know. I will keep you posted for sure. According to the Missoula County Vaccine Distribution Dashboard, 26.9k of 99,813 people in Missoula County have been vaccinated. You can find a vaccination site and make your appointment today. I made a little mixtape to honor the vaccination: Shot in the Arm [click to listen] |

I am excited to share the news of a new business in town that’s been started by one of Tell Us Something’s in-kind sponsors: Cheddarboard. CheddarBoard will work within GatherBoard’s event calendar MissoulaEvents.net by listing events happening around town. It is unique because the software streams virtual events directly from the website and allows viewers to donate money, or, cheddar, to the host. Molly Bradford, GatherBoard CEO, says, “Missoula thrives on ‘buy local,’ and I wanted to bring that vibe into the community events calendar and into the virtual events calendar.” Keep it local and read the full story in The Missoulian. You can also listen to my interview with Molly from back in September 2020. |

Tell Us Something is a celebration of storytelling, of the community, and of each other. Storytelling is what makes us human. |
